Activities EUCC-France advocates any action increasing public awareness in these issues, and also exchange of ideas, dialogue and even partnership between scientists, experts, managers and elected representatives, thanks to field workshops, diffusion of brochures, public conferences and scientific symposiums. After a day in the field, all the participants meet to give their comments, discuss and put forward solutions. Recent workshops concerned beach erosion (Oléron-Châtelaillon, Granville, Sète, Capbreton-Anglet, Wissant-Hardelot), cliff retreat (Dieppe), dune management (Olonne, Merlimont, Serignan, St Jean-de-Monts), marsh area management (Pointe d'Arçay, Salins d'Hyères).
